How to make eggless chocolate brownies at home

Brownies are like mood boosters, who doesn’t love them! The first known printed use of the word “brownie” to describe a dessert appeared in the 1896 version of the Boston Cooking School Cook Book by Fannie Farmer, which was in reference to molasses cakes baked individually in tin molds. However, then the brownies didn’t contain chocolate.
Well, let’s get in to the recipe to make some amazing fudgy chocolate brownies at home but without egg!
So, vegetarians do not worry, you can have this without any more second thoughts.
Ingredients required are:
•    ¾ cup of all purpose flour
•    2 tsp of baking powder
•    1 cup of chocolate
•    1/3 cup of cocoa powder
•    ¼ tsp of salt
•    ¾ (180g) cup of sugar
•    1 tsp vanilla extract
•    ¼ cup walnuts
•    ½ cup butter
•    ¾ cup yogurt
The process:
•    Take the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and the salt on a sieve and let it fall in a bowl, so that you can separate the lumps and get the fine powder. Then, keep it a side.
•    On the other side, take butter in a bowl, add the chocolate in it and microwave to melt both. Then mix it properly and add the yogurt, vanilla extract and sugar to it. Mix all of them properly.
•    Then, add this to the bowl you kept aside in the first step.
•    Mix all of it nicely with a spatula in cut and fold method.
•    The mixture will be a little thick because the brownie is fudgy.
•    Then, add the final mixture to the baking tin carefully and spread evenly. Tap to release any bubbles.
•    Add the walnuts (chopped finely) on the mixture if you want.
•    Next, bake it at 180 Celsius for 40 minutes.
•    After 40 mins, take it out and serve as you want to.

You can serve with some ice- cream or hot milk, anything of your preference. It’s ready to serve. Enjoy your restaurant like hot eggless chocolate brownies.
